Basketball My Favourite Sports

Growing up in Tema my favourite sport has been and will always be basketball. Football is my second. :-) I remember during school days (St Monica’s preparatory school) how we used to put ourselves in teams and play at the community 12 court sometimes with schools like Goshen.
The learning of the And 1 moves from watching YouTube videos and from stars like the professor, Hot sauce etc.

This Sunday (31st July 2022) I happened to witness a basketball game finals between Nungua Coldstore and Spintex Knights in the basketball tournament in the Finals Series of the 2022 Tema Community Basketball League. It was an epic performance from both sides but in the end, Spintex Knights won by beating Nungua coldstore in what you will say is a very close margin.

We need more such tournaments from local to regional to international. We have some great talents in Ghana. Kudos to the winning team.
